Semaine Mondiale de l'Entrepreneuriat GEW 2017

La Semaine Mondiale de l’Entrepreneuriat a été célébrée du 13 au 19 Novembre 2017. Cette célébration a été rehaussée en éclat du fait d’un Agenda international compatible et propice. En effet, cette période a coïncidé avec la Semaine Internationale de l’Education d’une part , et avec la COP23 d’autre part. Ainsi :
- Nous nous sommes réjouis des activités très productives de notre Collègue Rhiannon Jones GALLAGHER à Bonn à la COP 23 où elle est parvenue à attirer l’attention sur la nécessite d’élargissement voire de généralisation des implications, notamment en mettant en exergue le Green Business.
- Sherri Bourdage nous a quant à elle honoré avec la relocalisation et le relooking de son Entreprise innovante Bourdage Pearls à Chicago (USA).
- A Colmar (France) notre autre Mentee Fatoumata KONE et la dynamique Equipe de FADIS TRAVEL ont rehaussé l’image du Tourisme Africain au Salon International du Tourisme.
- Des Operateurs Economiques du Congo, du Cameroun, du Kenya, de Zambie ont pris part à notre série de LiveTchat (du 13 au 15 Novembre 2017).
- Toute la Semaine, des Meet Up spéciaux et Conseils Stratégiques gratuits ont été offerts par mes collègues et moi à de nombreux Entrepreneurs, notamment au Mali.
- Au Mali, le Business Incubation Space de Bamako a enregistré de nouveaux Startups. Des dizaines de produits et services ont été générés.
- De même des Entrepreneurs Mentees ont diversement participé à Bamako, Cotonou, Ouagadougou, Casablanca, Abidjan à des Fora et exhibitions.
- Le 1er Anniversaire de la Plateforme E-Commerce bitikini a été célébré le 19 Novembre par les Innovateurs à Haut Impact
- La première Fore des Femmes et Jeunes Innovateurs (prévue pour le 6 Janvier 2018) a été lancée à Bamako
- En Inde, l’Entrepreneur en série Sujit Nair et Empact Venture ont lancé le UK- INDIA Technology Summit qui se tiendra à Londres.
- Au Nigeria, Mike David TERUNGA a été nommé le 18 novembre comme Senior Professionnal Member par the Institute of Information Management Africa.
- Au plan politique, notre collègue Katherine Rice a été élue Maire de Geronimo (Oklahoma- USA)
Bref, tel est le bilan que je m’empresse de partager avec vous à chaud. Il est fort réjouissant de constater que les résultats de cette Semaine sont allés au delà de nos espérances.
Ceci n’aurait nullement pu se réaliser sans vos actions multiformes, et, je vous en sais infiniment gré aussi bien en ma qualité d’Ambassadeur Mondial de l’Entrepreneuriat que de Conseiller Stratégique. Notre quête commune de croissance et de performance des unités et pôles de production sera certainement atteinte à ce rythme, pour l‘éradication de la précarité.
C’est pourquoi, je me permets déjà de solliciter vos suggestions pour la prochaine célébration du Global Entrepreneurship Week.

The Global Entrepreneurship Week was celebrated from November 13 to 19, 2017. This celebration was highlighted by a consistent and supportive International Agenda. Indeed, this period coincided with International Education Week on the one hand, and with COP23 on the other. So :
• We welcomed the very productive activities of our colleague Rhiannon Jones GALLAGHER in Bonn at COP 23 where she managed to draw attention to the need to broaden or even generalize the implications, notably by highlighting the Green Business .
• Sherri Bourdage honored us with the relocation and makeover of her innovative Bourdage Pearls in Chicago (USA).
• In Colmar (France) our Mentee Fatoumata KONE and the dynamic FADIS TRAVEL Team have raised the profile of African Tourism at the International Tourism Fair.
• Economic Operators from Congo, Cameroon, Kenya, Zambia took part in our LiveTchat series (13-15 November 2017).
• All Week, Special Meet Up and Free Strategic Advice were offered by my colleagues and me to many Entrepreneurs, especially in Mali.
• In Mali, the Business Incubation Space in Bamako has registered new Startups. Dozens of products and services have been generated.
• Similarly, Mentee Entrepreneurs participated variously in Bamako, Cotonou, Ouagadougou, Casablanca, Abidjan in Fora and exhibitions.
• The 1st Anniversary of the Bitikini E-Commerce Platform was celebrated on November 19 by the High Impact Innovators
• The first Fair for Women and Young Innovators (scheduled for January 6, 2018) was launched in Bamako
• In India, serial entrepreneur Sujit Nair and Empact Venture launched the UK-INDIA Technology Summit to be held in London.
• In Nigeria, Mike David TERUNGA was appointed on November 18 as Senior Professional Member by the Institute of Information Management Africa.
• At the political level, our colleague Katherine Rice was elected Mayor of Geronimo (Oklahoma-USA)
In short, this is the record that I hasten to share with you hot. It is very gratifying to see that the results of this week went beyond our expectations.
This could not have been achieved without your multifaceted actions, and I am infinitely grateful to you both as a Global Ambassador for Entrepreneurship and as a Strategic Advisor. Our common quest for growth and performance of production units and centers will certainly be achieved at this rate, for the eradication of precariousness.
For this reason, I would like to ask for your suggestions for the next Global Entrepreneurship Week celebration.
